
Services are provided in the following areas;
Los Angeles, and most cities in Orange County;
No services are provided in South Orange County;
Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year;
Holiday rates are premium.

The process for intake includes, separate interviews with both custodial and non-custodial parent before the first visit.
During the interview the provider will obtain a signed agreement with each parent.
Discuss how the process works and answer any concerns or questions.

An off-site supervised visitation is contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more child(ren) at a location acceptable to the court order and both parents.

Providers must keep a record of each case, including the following; a written record of each visit all attendees; a description of what occurred during the visit.
Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Detailed or summary reports are available upon request from a parents attorney or the courts.

Often times Providers may get subpoenaed to appear in court to give testimony about your case.
If the Provider is required to appear in court, it is the parent's responsibility to pay for the associated fees.

Fees are payable 48 hours IN ADVANCE.
No services will be performed unless fees for services are paid in full prior to services being provided
Fees are hourly. Fees for all supervised visitation services have a (2-hr) two hour minimum. Fees for services do not include extended travel. (Extended travel fees are $0.72 cents per mile)
Fees are subject to change. Prior notice is given in advance. No charge for cancellations with at least 24 hours notice.
Visitation No Show Policy
A twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice is required. If no cancellation notice is given, the canceling or no-show party is responsible for the entire fee for the cancelled visit. The
payment must be paid PRIOR to the start of the next scheduled visit.
